Team Lead finance ( Reconciliation process- US accounting)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)s. & other  Reconciliation
  • Coordinate with other internal teams on various discrepancies and variances.
  • Coordination with US Team, understanding their financial needs and resolving their queries if arises
  • Should be good in accounting functions & Payroll Processing
  • Preparing MIS reports, and KPI Reports on a Monthly/Quarterly basis
  • Process Management – The process involves the reconciliation of transactions, security positions, and cash activities. 
  • Taking ownership of all the deliverables being sent out by the team with proper review checks.
  • Liaising effectively with team members, and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Make quality daily / monthly/quarterly reports for regular business review

 Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis,
  • Ability to lead team and guide & train executives,  Must have experience in handling team of experienced accountants
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel and other financial software
    • proprietary software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English and presentation skill
  • Experience in dealing with USA clients will be an added advantage.
  • Shift Timing: Should be flexible with shift timings. [3 p.m. to 11 p.m.]
